ABOUT MYSELF

I'm thrilled to share that I’ve been a Licensed Sports Massage Therapist in sunny Florida since 2014! After over 15 years in social work, I made the exciting leap to focus on promoting both physical and mental wellness as a massage therapist. My journey has allowed me to blend my diverse passions, and I’m proud to serve as a Board Member for the Florida Chapter of AMTA. I continued to expand my skills, becoming nationally certified as a Sports Massage Therapist and earning RYT-200 as a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2020.
